• Please have your pet's previous medical records easily accessible.

• We tend to spend more time with you and your pet on a housecall than you would spend meeting with the veterinarian at a hospital, so please allow yourself enough time for your appointment.

• Be sure to have your pets in a place where they will be easy to work with. A bathroom can work well for nervous cats. Be sure that your pet is at home and cannot hide under a bed.

• Dr. Bryant may occasionally run late due to unexpected traffic or emergencies. She will call you if he expects to be more than 10-15 minutes late.

• Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Because Dr. Bryant blocks out time to travel to and from your home and because she coordinates her appointments geographically, the house call fee will apply if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or if you are not at home for your scheduled appointment.
